In-Flight Entertainment

In the subways of Boston, you'll find a lot of harried people, some really cute mice dodging trains for crumbs and, without exception, musicians of all shapes and sorts dreaming of breaking into the biz.
One such duo was RyanHood, consisting of Ryan Green and Cameron Hood (aha). They graduated from the subway system to official street entertainers above ground and by the time I caught their act, they had moved up to bars. I was sitting on the floor with a number of other college kids, all cozy in the intimate setting where starving artists thrive.
The guys have moved on, opening for the likes of Better Than Ezra, Jason Mraz, Lifehouse, Plain White T’s, Reel Big Fish, Sugarcult and more. It sounds like the guys are moving onward and upward. True to form, however, they weren't above entertaining passengers on a Southwest flight:

I kind of hope they never are above stuff like this. Say their dreams come true and they have Grammys coming out their ears. I hope that someday, when I'm cramped into an airport seat, a couple of guys from first class will stand in the aisles with their guitars and bust out with "Rosemary."
